Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked “non‑returnable” on the product page

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

If you need an exchange, contact us at queries@namnamandco.info with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us on queries@namnamandco.info within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll sort it immediately.
